### About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Dashboard Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards that transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data teams, and developers to create engaging dashboard experiences that support business decision-making.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design intuitive and visually engaging dashboards for business and operational reporting.
-   Create clear and effective KPI visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
-   Transform complex datasets into user-friendly and easy-to-understand dashboard layouts.
-   Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
-   Create illustrations and basic 3D visual elements when required.
-   Apply best practices in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-   Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
-   Continuously improve dashboard usability based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
-   Maintain consistency across dashboard designs and visual assets.

## Requirements

### Job Requirements

-   Proven experience in dashboard design and data visualization.
-   Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
-   Ability to create clear, engaging, and user-friendly dashboard layouts.
-   Good understanding of data visualization principles and KPI presentation.
-   Illustration and basic 3D drawing skills.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
-   Hands-on experience with Figma.
-   Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-   Portfolio showcasing relevant dashboard, UI/UX, or data visualization projects is required.
