## Requirements

What You Bring

• Active MI RN license

• 2–3 years of **clinical experience** in home health, hospice, or a related field

• Previous **leadership or supervisory** experience (or a strong desire to grow into it)

• Solid **understanding of OASIS** and home health regulations

• A **calm, confident** communication style and a knack for problem‑solving

• Comfort with EMR systems and clinical workflows

• **A genuine passion for supporting patients and empowering staff**

• Ability to work in the field as needed
