**AdvisaCare** is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable **Licensed Practical Nurse** to be a Care Manager at one of our beautiful **Independent Living Communities in Hazel Park**!

**Full time Salaried position!**  

### Duties Include

-   Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
-   Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
-   Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center
-   On-Call
-   Oversight for all shifts
-   Working the floor as support
-   Weekly Payroll and Scheduling

## Requirements

-   Current Michigan Nursing License
