**Looking for motivated staff to take care of our patients in the Tri-Cities.**

**AdvisaCare Home Health Care,** a Medicare Certified Agency, is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable **\*Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants\*** to provide personal care services to our **clients** in the Tri-Cities and the surrounding areas**.**

## Requirements

-   Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
-   6+ months of caregiving experience.
-   Experience providing care and support to patients and their families.
-   Valid driver's license.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
-   Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes in the Tri-Cities area.
-   Home care experience preferred.
