**AdvisaCare** is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable **Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant** to provide services to our clients in **Livonia, MI.**

## Requirements

-   High School Graduate or GED
-   Experience with hands on patient care within a home setting or assisted living setting
-   **TBI, SCI, and Memory care experience is a plus**
-   Reliable transportation
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Work independently and with integrity
-   Good communication skills
-   Ability to travel within the service area
-   Pass a drug screen/clear background check
