**AdvisaCare** is seeking Top of Line **\*Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant** to service our clients for **Private Duty In-Home Care** in **Milford, MI**. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - **YOU'RE THE ONE** we're looking for!!

**\-MUST be willing to travel to Farmington Hills (Split custody)**

**\-MUST be willing to work 12 hour shifts**

## Requirements

-   High School Graduate or GED
-   Reliable transportation
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Work in a team responsibly and independently
-   Good communication skills
-   Ability to pass a drug screen (Including THC) /clear background
