## Requirements

-   Current, unrestricted **Arizona RN Nursing License**
-   Current **CPR certification**
-   Current **TB test**
-   Valid **Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card**
-   Successful completion of a **criminal background check and drug screen**
-   Reliable transportation, valid **Arizona Driver’s License**, and current **auto insurance**
-   Experience with **quadriplegic care**, including:

-   Patient assessments
-   Bowel and bladder care
-   Complex/private duty nursing needs

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
-   Ability to complete **timely and accurate documentation**
