### 🕸️ What You’ll Do

👻 Complete patient assessments and admissions  
👻 Develop and oversee individualized care plans  
👻 Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care  
👻 Perform medication reconciliation and provide clinical oversight  
👻 Mentor and support field clinicians  
👻 Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations  
👻 Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed

## Requirements

### 🧙‍♀️ Required Qualifications

✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan  
✔ Experience in private duty nursing  
✔ Experience overseeing field-based clinical staff  
✔ Current CPR certification  
✔ Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed  
✔ Willingness to travel within the service area  
✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license  
✔ Eligible to work in the United States

### 🦇 Preferred Qualifications

🎃 Leadership or supervisory experience in home health or private duty nursing  
🎃 Experience with quality improvement or clinical program support  
🎃 Minimum 2 years of home health care experience  
🎃 Knowledge of state home care regulations, supervisory visit documentation requirements, and private duty care standards  
🎃 Experience with charting and care plan documentation
