Now Hiring: Overnight Home Health Aide (HHA)

**Location:** Armada, Michigan  
**Shift:** 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM  
**Schedule:** 4 days per week  
**Job Type:** Part-Time / Overnight Caregiver

### Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care and assistance to an individual in a home setting in Armada, Michigan. We are offering consistent overnight hours on a part-time schedule with an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, reliable, and committed to providing quality care while maintaining the individual's comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide overnight supervision and companionship.
-   Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
-   Help with safe mobility and transfers, if required.
-   Monitor the individual's comfort and safety throughout the shift.
-   Assist with toileting and other nighttime needs.
-   Report any changes in condition or concerns.
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

## Requirements

-   High School Graduate or GED
-   Reliable Transportation
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Experience in patient care preferred
-   Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
-   Must be able to work overnight hours from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
-   CPR/First Aid certification.
-   Excellent communication skills
-   Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-   Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
-   Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks
