### Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring.
-   Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessment and medical history.
-   Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate patient care and communicate progress.
-   Monitor patient condition and report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate healthcare providers.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and company standards.
-   Educate patients and their families on disease management, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance.
-   Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and ethical standards throughout all care activities.

## Requirements

-   Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state.
-   Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing, preferably in home health care or private duty nursing.
-   Strong clinical skills including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
-   Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
