**Shifts are 12 hours - 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am**

**AdvisaCare** is seeking experienced, professional and "Top of the line" **Resident Aide and Med Techs** to assist our wonderful clients in the **Spring Lake area** for one of our beautiful **Independent Living Communities!!**  

**We are looking for full time/part time caregivers for all shifts!**

**You would be responsible for:**

-   Passing medications
-   Assisting with ADL's (Showering, Dressing, Toileting etc)
-   Interacting with residents and their families
-   Monitoring in the dining room and interacting with residents at meal times
-   Handling fast paced situations
-   Transferring as needed
-   Light housework duty

## Requirements

-   **Resident aide Med Techs must have recent experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or MORC Certified**
-   Friendly personality and willingness to spend time with residents!
-   High School Graduate or GED
-   Reliable transportation
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Work in a team responsibly and independently
-   Good communication skills
-   Ability to travel within the service area
-   CPR Certified
-   Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
