**AEA RELATE** one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for the ideal candidate to further enhance its Public Affairs team and fill in the position of: **Public Affairs Executive,** with key responsibilities to:

-   Support the development and implementation of public affairs and corporate communications strategies for clients across industries.

-   Draft high-quality corporate content, including press releases, articles, interviews, Q&As, presentations etc.
-   Help manage day-to-day client accounts, timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination with account teams.
-   Assist in managing media relations by building press lists, pitching stories and coordinating interviews.
-   Support the organization of meetings, media and other events.
-   Contribute to media and issues monitoring, including identifying emerging risks and opportunities for clients.
-   Liaise with media, and other partners and stakeholders where appropriate.
-   Prepare reports regarding the various client activities.
-   Conduct stakeholders mapping and maintain up-to-date stakeholders lists.
-   Ensure all work reflects strong professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.

## Requirements

**Qualifications and experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
-   0-3 years of relevant experience in a public relations agency or public affairs consultancy or in-house communications team.
-   Good understanding of the Greek media, business, and stakeholder landscape.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
-   Good understanding of Greek media landscape.
-   Experience in drafting corporate communication materials for different audiences and stakeholders.
-   Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to write clearly, accurately, and persuasively for different audiences.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
-   Good interpersonal skills and professional client service manner.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
