## Description

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive **Accountant** to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

-   Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
-   Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
-   Manage accounts payable and receivable
-   Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
-   Perform month-end and year-end close processes
-   Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
-   Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits
-   Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
-   Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Knowledge of local and international accounting regulations
