Aerones is seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory that support our innovative robotic solutions used in wind turbine maintenance.

You will join us in our modern, safe and comfortable Plant and Offices that are located at Katlakalna Iela 11E, Riga.

**Responsibilities**

-   Receive and store incoming materials and inventory.
-   Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
-   Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
-   Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
-   Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Previous warehouse experience and the ability to perform physical work.
-   Basic computer skills and ability to work with ERP/WMS systems.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Good organizational and time management skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Strong communication skills.
-   Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.
