## Description

We are looking for an **AI / GenAI Engineer** to join a large financial institution based in Brussels (2 days/week onsite).

In this role, you will own small to medium-sized features from start to finish, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and supporting them in production. You will contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions while following engineering best practices and collaborating closely with your team.

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze requirements and design solutions
-   Develop, test, and support features in production
-   Own small to medium-sized features end-to-end
-   Apply engineering best practices related to security, performance, scalability, and DevSecOps
-   Proactively solve problems and contribute to improving existing systems
-   Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the team's overall success
-   Support and coach colleagues where needed

## Requirements

-   Fluent in English and French or Dutch
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in AI / Generative AI Engineering

**Experience with:**

-   Azure AI Services:

-   Document Intelligence
-   Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML)
-   Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry

-   Chatbots / LLM-based customer-facing applications
