## Description

We are looking for a **Data Visualization / BI Consultant** who can translate business needs into clear, reliable, and visually compelling dashboards and data products for a client in the Energy sector. The focus of this role is Power BI **-** strong dashboarding, DAX, and data modeling - supported by SQL for data preparation and Dataiku for workflow orchestration.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX measures.
-   Prepare and transform datasets using Dataiku and SQL.
-   Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
-   Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs.
-   Support functional testing of data flows and reporting features.

## Requirements

**Required Skills**

-   Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query) 
-   SQL (MS SQL Server preferred)
-   Dataiku (data preparation, workflows, automation)
-   Data validation and quality control
-   Ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions

**Nice-to-Have**

-   Experience with HR data (HRIS, payroll, employee data)
-   Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, SQL DB)
-   Python for data preparation

The working mode is hybrid - 2 days/week onsite.
