## Description

We are looking a **Technical Project Manager / IT Project Lead** to support a major integration project involving the merger of two insurance organizations. The focus of this role is to drive the consolidation of software packages and core business systems, including platforms such as **Salesforce**, into a unified landscape that serves the entire organization.

This position will play a key role in the successful delivery of IT solutions linked to this transformation program.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and coordinate a dedicated squad, serving as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders.
-   Facilitate daily team activities, ceremonies, and operational processes.
-   Drive technical coordination across multiple cross-functional teams.
-   Maintain clear and effective communication with both business representatives and technical teams.
-   Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery and stakeholder management.
-   Oversee the implementation of solutions, including system testing, solution design, and architectural discussions.
-   Support data mapping activities between different systems and contribute to integration engineering efforts.

## Requirements

### Required Technical Background

-   Broad technical expertise with the ability to work across various technologies and platforms.
-   Experience with technologies such as **Salesforce**, **Axon**, **Azure Integration Services**, **MuleSoft**, **AWS**, or cloud-based functions is considered an advantage.
-   Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and business application ecosystems.
-   Comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
