agenda21 is an award winning, successful digital marketing agency based in Soho, London. A Sunday Times Tech Track top 50 company, we have grown year-on-year and are proud to work with clients including The AA, Vodafone, Air New Zealand, Cath Kidston, Avon, Macmillan & Equifax.
We want to do the best work in the market and add value to our clients’ businesses. We are now a 60 strong agency made up of five core teams: Client Services, Digital Media, PPC, SEO, and Ad Operations. Last year we split our business up in to client villages to ensure the work we do is centred around our client’s requirements, rather than just channel specific – in line with what clients are asking for.
We believe in always exploring what’s possible and what’s relevant, so we always do the right thing for our clients and our staff.
We like to fit roles to people, not the other way around. Being an agile & nimble agency, staff development is based upon individual’s strengths and aspirations. We see this as a key strength & reason behind our people being seen as some of the most progressive in the market. Equally we want people who are adaptable – as changing technology continues to impact what we do in different ways, we all need to adapt. People do great work when they feel challenged and we like challenging ourselves as often as we can – if you want a job where repetition, over stated job titles, or a narrow job spec floats your boat then we’re not for you.
