As you grow through projects with global leaders, you’ll be constantly evolving, while being supported in an environment built on **trust**, **respect**, and **empowerment**. ## Requirements - Join teams as a Solution Architect and provide strategic and technical leadership. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices. - Conduct thorough architecture reviews and assessments of existing systems and proposed solutions. - Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks. - Mentor and guide the development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions. - Identify and address technical risks and challenges. - Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability as well as scalability. - Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field - 5+ years of experience as an Architect.
