## Description

The HR Business Partner at Agility will be an integral part of our human resources team, leading various HR functions, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Supervisor will play a key role in supervising the HR team while also supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals.

### Your Responsibilities

**Business & Corporate HR Partnership**

-   Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and people risk.
-   Act as the primary liaison between country businesses and Corporate HR on strategy, governance, and people initiatives.
-   Escalate significant compliance or organizational risks; participate in regional and corporate HR projects.

**Government Relations & Workforce Compliance**

-   Manage workforce-related government transactions and labor compliance via Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant platforms.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable employment, immigration, and labor regulations; monitor the evolving KSA regulatory and legislative landscape and proactively advise business leaders and Corporate HR on required actions and potential impacts.
-   Drive Saudization initiatives and support work authorization, employment registration, and regulatory audits.

**Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations**

-   Oversee end-to-end lifecycle activities: recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent reviews, mobility, and offboarding.
-   Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations with Corporate HR and shared services; maintain accurate workforce data.
-   Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations.

**Culture, Engagement & Nationalization**

-   Drive engagement and retention initiatives that promote a positive, high-performing culture.
-   Lead workforce localization initiatives and advise business leaders on compliance with national employment targets and requirements.
-   Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain local talent; build relationships with educational institutions and external partners to strengthen national talent pipelines.
-   Support national talent development programs and initiatives that contribute to long-term workforce sustainability and capability building.

**Employer Brand & Market Presence**

-   Support the development and visibility of the company's employer brand in KSA, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the local market.
-   Leverage external partnerships, talent events, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence and attract top local talent.

## Requirements

### Your Qualifications

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions.
-   Previous supervisory experience in HR is preferred.
-   HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
-   Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
