Agora launched its initial (B2B) product, AgoraMarketplace, in April 2017, seeking to bring a modern solution to a market largely relying upon antiquated processes and practices. The marketplace brought together buyer and seller of consumer financial loans in a safe, secure, and sophisticated environment. Today, Agora has amassed over 3,500 users and has surpassed $4 billion in loans ingested into its platform.
Having recently completed a fully-funded Series A round, Agora now turns its gaze to its second and primary product (and vision): AgoraCapital. Agora has been quietly marching on behind the scenes to develop a platform that provides capital market financing to any consumer finance lender, no matter their size, bringing massive scalability and profitability to its participants. With a successful Series A round, Agora is poised to continue that progression and launch AgoraCapital in Q3 2020.
