AgroApps was established in 2015 with the vision to bring technology closer to the agricultural sector and provide sustainable tools that support modern farming. The company was founded by a team of entrepreneurs, who identified the growing need of the agricultural sector for technological support and for effective forward-thinking IT solutions.
Passionate about applying ICT, we use and combine sophisticated numerical models, machine learning technologies, satellite and meteorological data, and crop growth models, to build solutions and customized services for farmers, agricultural consultants, agri-food and agricultural insurance companies, as well as for the public sector worldwide. Today we have a set of IT solutions that address real life challenges touching upon the benefits of sustainable agriculture and the complex farm management decision-making process. Our solutions help the agricultural stakeholders protect and improve their operations, guide more informed agricultural decisions and get the most out of their land.
Over those five years we have established strong partnerships with leading actors of the Agri-Business sector in Greece. Furthermore, we have managed to deploy a large number of international collaborations with distinct entities, from Ministries, to Research Institutions and private companies, co-developing a diverse set of agri-related applications.

Our team consists of experienced and qualified professionals. Combining a diverse set of academic backgrounds and skills, all the members share something very common: They are all technology and agriculture lovers and enjoy working! Agroeconomists, Web Developers and Numerical Model Experts, Business Development Managers, Marketing Consultants and Project Managers, we all operate based on the values we share and our need to shape a sustainable agricultural world and make a difference in today’s farming.
