### Responsibilities

-   **Content Strategy & Execution**

-   Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and luxury market positioning.
-   Lead the creative process for producing engaging content across formats: articles, property descriptions, blogs, videos, and social media.

-   **Campaign Development**

-   Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns that showcase properties and the lifestyle of luxury living.
-   Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.

-   **Creative Leadership**

-   Oversee and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance to ensure quality, originality, and brand alignment.

## Requirements

-   Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and campaigns
-   Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
-   Ability to creatively present complex concepts in an engaging manner
-   Experience managing and leading a creative team
