## Description

AHS, a leading real estate company, is seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

### Responsibilities

-   _Key Responsibilities & Duties_
-   _Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and sales objectives_
-   _Manage and optimize high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and international platforms_
-   _Oversee performance marketing funnels from awareness to conversion, ensuring measurable ROI_
-   _Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with launch timelines and project milestones_
-   _Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates, and lead quality_
-   _Lead website optimization initiatives including landing pages, UX flow, and conversion rate improvements_
-   _Coordinate with external agencies, media buyers, and technology partners when required_
-   _Prepare performance reports and strategic insights for executive leadership_
-   _Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Dubai real estate marketing standards_

## Requirements

-   _Qualifications & Experience_
-   _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus_
-   _Minimum 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership experience_
-   _Strong background in ultra-luxury real estate, property development, or premium lifestyle brands_
-   _Demonstrated experience managing high-value campaigns targeting international investors and HNWIs_
-   _Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems_
-   _Exceptional command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage_
-   _Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and lead cross-functional collaboration_

-   _Strategic digital planning and budget management_
-   _Performance marketing and funnel optimization_
-   _Advanced analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM integration)_
