## Description

_We are seeking an exceptional Senior Copywriter to join our ultra-luxury real estate development company in Dubai. This role is designed for a highly skilled writer with deep experience in luxury branding, premium real estate, and high-end lifestyle marketing. The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for crafting refined, persuasive, and emotionally compelling narratives that position our developments at the highest tier of the global luxury market._

_The ideal candidate understands how to translate architectural vision, design philosophy, and investment value into powerful storytelling across all brand touch points, while maintaining absolute consistency, accuracy, and prestige._

### Responsibilities

_Key Responsibilities & Duties_

-   _Develop premium copy for websites, landing pages, brochures, master plans, sales decks, investor materials, and press releases_
-   _Write high-end brand narratives, project stories, and lifestyle messaging aligned with ultra-luxury positioning_
-   _Create campaign concepts, headlines, hooks, and CTAs for digital, print, outdoor, and experiential marketing_
-   _Collaborate closely with branding, design, PR, and digital teams to ensure strong message hierarchy and visual harmony_
-   _Adapt messaging for different buyer profiles, markets, and stages of the sales funnel_
-   _Ensure factual accuracy, legal compliance, pricing disclaimers, and regulatory alignment (RERA, internal approvals)_
-   _Maintain and evolve a centralized copy library including taglines, boilerplates, FAQs, and approved descriptions_
-   _Review and refine copy based on campaign performance, sales feedback, and brand strategy updates_
-   _Uphold a consistent tone of voice that reflects exclusivity, credibility, and long-term brand equity_

## Requirements

-   _Qualifications & Experience_
-   _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field_
-   _Minimum 6–8 years of professional copywriting experience_
-   _Proven background in ultra-luxury real estate development, luxury property marketing, or premium lifestyle brands_
-   _Strong understanding of high-net-worth audiences and international luxury buyer psychology_
-   _Exceptional command of English language; Arabic is a strong advantage_
-   _A refined portfolio demonstrating luxury branding, real estate projects, and campaign storytelling_
-   _Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams_
