•    Coordinate with Legal, Finance and external advisers (lawyers, valuers, auditors and technical consultants) throughout the transaction process.

**3.4 Capital Structuring and Financing**

•    Analyse and recommend capital structures and financing options for projects and investments, including bank debt, project finance, equity and co-investment structures.

•    Support discussions with banks and financial institutions on financing terms, and model the impact of financing on returns and covenants.

**3.5 Due Diligence and Risk Assessment**

•    Lead and coordinate financial, commercial and operational due diligence on target investments and counterparties.

•    Identify, assess and quantify key risks (market, financial, legal, regulatory and counterparty) and propose mitigates.

**3.6 Investment Committee Materials**

•    Prepare investment memoranda, Investment Committee papers, board presentations and recommendations that clearly present the investment case, risks and returns.

•    Prepare transaction materials such as teasers, information memoranda and presentations for partners and co-investors, as directed by senior management.

**3.7 Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting**

•    Monitor the performance of existing investments and projects against approved business cases, and report variances and recommended actions to management.

•    Maintain a database of transactions, market benchmarks and comparable deals to support future valuations.

**3.8 Governance and Compliance**

•    Ensure all investment activity follows the Group's investment policy, delegation of authority, KYC and anti-money laundering requirements, confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies.

## Requirements

•    Up to 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, transaction advisory, private equity or real estate investment.

•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or Business; CFA, CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
