## Description

_We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Creator to join our ultra-luxury real estate development_

_company in Dubai. This role is suited for a creative professional with strong experience in luxury content_

_production, storytelling, and digital-first brand building. The Senior Content Creator will be responsible for_

_producing visually compelling, editorially refined, and strategically aligned content that elevates our_

_developments across all owned and paid channels._

_The ideal candidate understands luxury aesthetics, high-net-worth audience behavior, and how to translate_

_architectural vision and lifestyle experiences into premium content that drives brand authority, demand, and_

_engagement._

_Key Responsibilities & Duties_

_• Create high-end content for digital platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, and_

_campaign launches_

_• Develop and execute content concepts aligned with brand strategy, project positioning, and marketing_

_objectives_

_• Produce and oversee visual and written content including captions, scripts, reels, short-form videos, and_

_editorials_

_• Collaborate closely with videographers, photographers, designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive_

_storytelling_

_• Plan and manage content calendars for brand, project, and launch campaigns_

_• Ensure all content reflects ultra-luxury tone, visual consistency, and premium brand standards_

_• Adapt content for different buyer personas, markets, and platforms while maintaining brand integrity_

_• Support sales and launch teams with content assets for presentations, events, and digital campaigns_

_• Analyse content performance and refine approach based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights_

## Requirements

_Qualifications & Experience_

_• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related creative field_

_• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in content creation within luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium_

_lifestyle brands_

_• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury content, storytelling, and high-end visual standards_

_• Excellent command of English language; Arabic is a strong advantage_

_• Hands-on experience with social-first content, short-form video, and digital storytelling_

_• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and collaborate with in-house creative teams_

_Technical & Professional Skills_

_• Luxury content strategy and execution_

_• Short-form and long-form content creation_

_• Social media storytelling (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)_

_• Basic understanding of video editing workflows and visual direction_

_• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail_

_• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced launch environment_
