At AI-Blox, we design and build innovative computers for edge AI applications, enabling real-time, efficient and sustainable AI solutions worldwide.🌍 We need you to join us as a Supply Chain & Logistics Assistant to support our procurement, inventory management and logistics operations.

### **Your Mission**

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

-   Create and send purchase orders; match invoices and report discrepancies to finance
-   Prepare shipping and customs documentation and verify deliveries for inbound and outbound shipments
-   Track and maintain inventory levels, receive, inspect and organize incoming shipments
-   Physically handle inventory, including lifting and moving materials (electronics components mainly)
-   Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, components and supplies; communicate with vendors on orders, pricing and delivery schedules
-   Maintain the ERP system with accurate and up-to-date information
-   Identify and implement process improvements within supply chain and logistics
-   Provide general administrative support to the operations department

## Requirements

🧩 What makes you a great fit:

-   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-   Hands-on, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-   Self-starter with a proactive mindset
-   Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
-   Ability to lift and move materials
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
-   Experience with an ERP or inventory management system is a plus (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.)
-   Familiarity with incoterms, customs documentation or import/export processes is an advantage
