We are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Associate** to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

To excel as a Talent Acquisition Associate, you should have a sharp eye for talented people, attention to detail, great communication skills, and huge motivation to excel in your position as well as a steady commitment to help candidates find success in our company.

### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Post job descriptions
-   Source potential candidates on niche platforms
-   Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
-   Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
-   Coordinate with the management to forecast goals and hiring needs
-   Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
-   Compose job offer letters
-   Onboard new hires
-   Identify potential clients during interviews and reach out to them via LinkedIn
-   Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
-   Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
-   Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

## Requirements

### Experience

### Skills & Competencies

-   Highly motivated and eager to learn the duties and competencies of different roles

-   Great attention to details
-   Well-organized

### Communication
