## Description

### Role Overview

Ajaib is looking for an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management within a regulated securities environment. This role will ensure IT systems, controls, and processes comply with capital market regulations and internal risk standards.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Ensure compliance of IT systems with applicable financial services and capital market regulations
-   Perform IT risk assessments and monitor IT General Controls (ITGC)
-   Support internal, external, and regulatory audits (including documentation and remediation tracking)
-   Maintain and enhance IT policies, procedures, and compliance framework
-   Act as liaison between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators

## Requirements

-   Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Compliance / IT Governance / IT Risk / IT Audit

-   Mandatory: Experience working in a securities company (brokerage, capital markets, or investment platform)
-   Strong knowledge of ITGC, risk management, access control, change management, and incident management
-   Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar frameworks
-   Experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits.
