## Description

**We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational processes while ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and smooth transaction processing in line with defined SLAs. This role also serves as a key control point in the workflow, handling complex cases, managing escalations, and supporting team performance, while contributing to continuous operational improvements**

## Requirements

-   2–3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or similar roles
-   Prior experience in handling transactions, reconciliations, or supervisory tasks is preferred
-   Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL)
-   Strong understanding of operational processes and reconciliation flows
-   Familiarity with tools such as Metabase, Jira, Trello, or similar workflow management systems (preferred)
-   Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
-   Leadership skills with experience managing or guiding small teams
-   Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
-   Mentoring and coaching capabilities
-   Strategic thinking for short-term operational improvements
-   Good communication and stakeholder management skills

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute end-to-end operational tasks with minimal supervision
-   Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of operational processes
-   Handle complex reconciliation and exception cases
-   Investigate and resolve operational issues, including root cause analysis
-   Monitor SLA performance, queue health, and sub-team productivity
-   Act as the escalation point for operational issues
