Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by managing reservations, travel requests, and operational processes through our proprietary platform.  
  
**Role Overview**

The Travel Automation Senior Specialist is responsible for optimizing and managing automated travel booking workflows across FlyAkeed's platform. This role works closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure a seamless booking experience for customers.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and manage automated travel booking processes.
-   Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows and reduce manual tasks.
-   Investigate booking exceptions and automation failures.
-   Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance automation capabilities.
-   Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
-   Ensure compliance with airline, hotel, and travel supplier policies.
-   Develop and maintain operational documentation and process guidelines.
-   Support system testing and implementation of new automation features.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Tourism, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in travel operations, automation, or process improvement.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience with travel booking systems and operational workflows.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
