**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Product Design Led** to define the design vision, strategy, and execution across our products. You will lead end-to-end product design, mentor designers, establish scalable design systems, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.  
This role combines hands-on product design with leadership, driving both product quality and design excellence across the company.  
  
**Responsibilities**

-   Define and drive the overall product design strategy aligned with business goals.
-   Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and production handoff.
-   Mentor and support designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
-   Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction.
-   Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into impactful product decisions.
-   Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
-   Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system.
-   Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all products.
-   Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
-   Champion user-centered design and data-informed decision making.
-   Leverage modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate design, validation, and implementation.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role.
-   Proven experience leading projects or mentoring designers.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
-   Expertise in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, design tokens and design systems.
-   Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
-   Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind css, React) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
-   Experience with **AI-powered design-to-code workflows**, including tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code.
-   Hands-on experience wit**h** **Storybook**.
-   Comfortable reviewing implementation, contributing to design quality in code, and collaborating throughout the development process.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience working in **Agile** product teams.

-   Experience designing AI-native products or developer tools.
-   Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
-   Experience with product analytics and experimentation.
-   Basic frontend development experience.
-   Passion for emerging AI technologies and modern product development workflows.
