**Employment Lawyer, Dublin**

ALG’s market-leading, top-tier employment practice group is one of the largest dedicated employment practices in Ireland, with deep expertise across the broad spectrum of legal areas relevant to employers in Ireland. We are a trusted adviser to many of Ireland’s largest employers, working collaboratively with in-house counsel, HR and ER departments, senior management teams and corporate boards on the full spectrum of HR and industrial relations matters, as well as crisis management. We provide innovative, pragmatic and commercial solutions to complex HR issues in the context of the most high-profile contentious and non-contentious matters.

The successful applicant will be an integral part of our dynamic Employment Practice Group in Dublin. The role will entail work with all levels in the team.

## Requirements

·        The ideal candidate will have in the region of 2 years’ relevant PQE within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm

·        Self-motivated and outcome focused

·        Collaborative team player with the ability to develop and work in a dynamic, intellectually rigorous environment

·        Excellent communication skills and a desire to present at client seminars, conferences and workshops

·        Keen interest in legal knowledge, learning and development, and business development initiatives

·        Ability to think creatively and strategically and to drive innovation and change

·        Ability to establish credibility with, effectively engage with, and influence diverse teams of senior individuals

·        Enthusiasm and a desire to make an impact
