Maintenance Planning & Execution: \- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS, motors and other ancillary systems. \- Schedule and execute electrical maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations. \-       Ensures necessary tooling \-       Ensures necessary Third Party Certification 2\. Team Leadership: \- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical maintenance engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous development. \- Evaluate team performance and provide training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 3\. Technical Support: \- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues, ensuring best practices in maintenance and repair work. \- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical failures and develop strategies to mitigate reoccurrence. 4\. Project Management: \- Plan and oversee electrical maintenance projects and upgrades, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and compliance with safety regulations. \- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including mechanical, operations, and engineering) to facilitate coordinated maintenance efforts with minimal disruption. 5\.
