As a Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our production line, coordinating daily activities, motivating your team, and ensuring that every product meets our high standards. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your leadership and decision-making skills make a real impact.

Working alongside dedicated professionals, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality to keep Albert Bartlett at the top of its game.

### What You'll Do

-   Lead and inspire your shift team to meet and exceed production goals.
-   Manage day-to-day operations ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
-   Maintain a safe and compliant working environment adhering to all health and safety standards.
-   Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing setting.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate your team.
-   Good understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
-   Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
-   Flexibility to work shifts as required to support production schedules.
