**We are currently recruiting for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our team.**

**We have vacancies at our Fresh potato packing site, as well as at our new Chilled processed goods site, both located in Boston, Lincolnshire.**

**Shift & Hours of work:** 4 days on, 4 days off - rolling shift, working 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems across the manufacturing plant.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults efficiently to minimize production downtime.
-   Assist in the installation, commissioning, and refurbishment of new and existing machinery.
-   Implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
-   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
-   Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Relevant engineering qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled engineering disciplines.
-   Proven experience working as a multi-skilled engineer, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
-   Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in both mechanical and electrical systems.
-   Knowledge of PLCs, automation, and control systems is advantageous.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
