**About the Role**

Albireo Energy is hiring Field Automation Specialist I & II's to join our Mission Critical team. If you have a background in controls, electrical, or HVAC and want to build a career in one of the fastest-growing trades in construction — data center automation — this is your entry point. **What You'll Do**

-   Assist with wiring verification and point-to-point continuity checks on field-installed automation devices.
-   Support network bring-up activities under direction of senior technicians.
-   Assist with startup tasks for BAS and EPMS field devices.
-   Maintain field markups and assist with daily project reports.
-   Report to work on time and ready to perform assigned tasks.
-   Maintain company tools, test equipment, materials, and company vehicle(s).
-   Complete assigned OEM and internal training as part of your career growth plan.

## Requirements

-   0–3 years of experience in controls, HVAC, or electrical preferred — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
-   Associate degree or vocational training preferred but not required.
-   Basic understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
-   OSHA-10 preferred — ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
-   Self-starter attitude: inquisitive, reliable, and eager to learn.
-   Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Office.

**Salary Range:** $60K-$95K DOE.
