We are seeking a **Director of Operations** to help lead and scale this business during an exciting period of growth. 5–10+ years of experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, with increasing levels of operational responsibility. - Demonstrated experience leading operations in the BAS/HVAC controls industry, with data center experience strongly preferred. - Direct experience executing data center projects and/or working within data center operations. - Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing teams. - Demonstrated success developing leaders and building organizational capacity. -
