**Role: Site Foreman**

We're looking for an experienced **Site Foreman** to join our growing Civil & Infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering projects that are helping shape the future of Southeast Queensland.

With a strong pipeline of work across the Gold Coast and SEQ corridor, this is an opportunity to lead from the front on high-profile civil and infrastructure projects, work alongside a highly experienced team, and build a rewarding career with a business that genuinely cares about its people, its communities, and the lasting impact of the projects we deliver.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

-   Lead and supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
-   Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme, quality and safety objectives.
-   Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement practical solutions to keep works on track.
-   Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
-   Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
-   Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
-   Prepare site reports, track project performance and support successful project delivery.

**About You – Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

-   Proven experience as a Foreman within construction civil infrastructure or related project environments.
-   Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
-   Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety requirements and quality standards.
-   Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project programmes.
-   Relevant trade qualifications or construction-related certifications.
-   Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
-   Good digital literacy and experience using construction management platforms such as Procore
-   A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes while fostering positive working relationships across project teams.
