As our Civil & Infrastructure division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our Gold Coast team to deliver a diverse range of projects with elements of civil infrastructure and built form across the Gold Coast and surrounds.

 This opportunity has arisen due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, and planned team growth.

**About the role**

-   Manage project planning, programming, forecasting and cost control.

·        Lead project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme and financial objectives are achieved.

-   Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
-   Identify and manage project risks, variations and contractual obligations.
-   Review project documentation and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
-   Prepare project reports and oversee project close-out and final contract administration.
-   Provide support and assistance to the estimating team to help procure work as required by the Civil and Infrastructure General Manager
-   Peruse in detail all project drawings, specifications and all other relevant documentation prior to project commencement and throughout project duration.
-   Organise and chair project start up meetings with the project team and all supporting pillars
-   Manage all head contract claims (variations, extensions or time, progress etc.)

**About You - Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

-   5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the Civil & Infrastructure sector.
-   A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (preferred).
-   Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects from start to finish.
-   Strong commercial acumen with experience in programming, budgeting and contract administration.
-   Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
-   Proficiency with project management and digital construction systems.
