**Al Gahwa Al Arabiya** is looking for an experienced and skilled **Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie** to join our culinary team.

## Requirements

### **Position: Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie**

**Requirements:**

-   Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in pizza and/or cold kitchen operations
-   Good knowledge and expertise in **pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, sauces, salads, appetizers, and cold kitchen items**
-   Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
-   Good understanding of **food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards**
-   Ability to maintain consistent food quality and portion control
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
-   Team player with a positive and professional attitude
