**WE ARE HIRING – HR COORDINATOR**

**Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C.** is looking for an experienced and responsible **HR Coordinator** to join our team.

**Industry:** Food & Beverage  
**Experience:** 2–4 years  
**Joining:** Immediate Joiners Only

## Requirements

### Key Requirements:

-   Minimum **2–4 years of HR experience**, preferably in the **Food & Beverage industry**.
-   Good knowledge of **UAE Labour Law** and employee-related compliance requirements.
-   Experience in handling day-to-day **HR operations and employee matters**.
-   Knowledge and practical experience with **ERP or SAP systems**.
-   Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.
-   Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
-   Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
