## Description

-   Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient management of inventory, sales activities, and operational processes across all branches.
-   Supervise branch operations to maintain consistency, efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
-   Set and monitor sales targets (KPIs) for branches and sales teams in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
-   Analyze branch sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
-   Track sector performance to ensure achievement of approved monthly and annual sales targets.
-   Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of high-quality products at competitive prices.
-   Lead sales and marketing activities by analyzing market trends and competitor performance, and proposing strategies to improve sales results.
