### **Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote –)**

We are hiring a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to manage and optimize performance marketing for our fast-growing e-commerce business, with a strong focus on **Snapchat Ads Meta Google tiktok**

This role is **execution-driven** and measured by **CPA, ROAS, and daily performance**.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Run and optimize campaigns on **Snapchat, Meta, and Google Ads**
-   Monitor **daily spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversions**
-   Scale winners and pause underperforming ads
-   Ensure each product/category has separate ad sets
-   Coordinate with the content team for creatives
-   Update performance **daily in ClickUp**
-   Identify website or tracking issues and report them
-   Provide short, clear performance reports

### **Requirements**

-   **Strong Snapchat Ads experience (mandatory)**
-   E-commerce performance marketing background
-   Understanding of CPA, ROAS, retargeting
-   Comfortable with ClickUp and reporting
-   Fast execution and accountability

This is a **performance role**, not a branding or content-only job.

## Requirements

Proven expertise in **web analytics** and **online marketing**.

Hands-on experience with **e-commerce platforms** such as **Shopify**, **Zid**, or **Salla**, preferably within a **retail environment**.

Strong familiarity with **digital marketing trends**, tools, and performance tracking.

Prior experience in the **e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia** is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage **funded campaigns** with a focus on increasing **ROI and conversion rates**.
