AllCare.ai is building the care model for that wave: mobile primary care and monthly care management programs (CCM, APCM and PCM) for seniors where they live, run on our own AI-powered care coordination platform. In under two years we've grown to 2,500 seniors in 150 senior living communities across California.

Now we're expanding to Pennsylvania, and we're selecting a limited number of partner clinics in the Philadelphia suburbs. What if your practice could add up to $250,000 a year for about 4–5 hours a week of your time?\*

How it works

-   We partner with local personal care homes and assisted living residences, and our experienced NPs care for their residents through your practice.
-   You serve as collaborating physician for our NPs, by phone, with no on-site supervision.
-   Our team and AI platform run your Medicare care management programs (CCM, APCM and PCM), plus scheduling, documentation and billing.
-   You stay the owner. Everything bills through your clinic, with no new staff and no new overhead.

## Requirements

You're a fit if you

-   Are an MD/DO who owns a Medicare-certified primary care clinic (1–2 locations) in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester or Delaware County
-   Have Medicare set up as payee and hold an active Pennsylvania license and DEA registration
-   Are board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics

**Pay: $1,275–$1,530 per day (paid $85 per patient visit; about 15–18 visits a day)**

**Schedule: Monday to Thursday, flexible; a couple of visit days a month or more**
