# Allstate Construction Careers

>
Allstate Construction began in January of 1986 as a small general contractor with just four employees, $8,000 borrowed capital, and a vision. From day one, we have worked very hard to achieve client satisfaction. We successfully complete each project in a way that exceeds expectations.
Today we are a $50 million+ firm with over 80 employees, offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Ocala, Lynn Haven, and Tampa, Florida, as well as Perry, Georgia. We have grown by delivering on our promises. We have a long list of repeat clients due to our attitude of team work, and being easy to work with.
Building Quality for Life is the goal of Allstate Construction, and we do this by providing services that truly do exceed expectations. Our honesty, integrity and commitment to provide an enjoyable experience, while building projects and relationships that last, are what define Allstate Construction.
