Advice given will have a significant impact on the quality, effectiveness and reusability of the system or product.  - Produces high-quality PRDs, scope documents, process flows, capability maps, decision records and requirement artefacts that support estimation, solution design, delivery planning and customer sign-off. - Provides logical ideas and options through independent thought and collaboration with others to solve complex challenges.  - Works with customer and AWLS Stakeholders at all levels to obtain input and formal agreement, contributing to negotiations and managing competing priorities where necessary.  - Takes full responsibility for ensuring that AWLS software meets customer needs and supports their business processes. Works with customers where necessary to refine their business processes to align product features with their organisation.  - Captures operational workflows, exception handling, reconciliation needs, reporting needs and support processes for complex lottery environments. **Expertise and Guidance** - Works with lottery customers to solve problems and ensure that AWLS products are implemented successfully to meet business objectives.  - Acts as a product expert for complex lottery and operational systems, balancing player, retailer, operator, operational, financial and regulatory needs. **Product Strategy**  - Significantly contributes to the strategy of specific products and services, producing artefacts and presenting material to gain support from senior stakeholders. - Stays informed on industry trends, competitor capabilities, and market successes to enhance our strategic positioning. - Showcases our products and conducts product presentations to existing customers and stakeholders. - Analytical thinking to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative factors in the cost-benefit analysis. **Ideation, Innovation and Research**  - Identifies knowledge gaps and conducts or initiates research (business, customer or data analysis) to better understand Lottery customer or player needs. Analyses and draws insights from research findings, converting them into actionable improvements of the product. **Key skills and Competencies:** **Relationship Management and Communication** - Understands the need for effective relationships. Manages relationships across AWLS, customers and suppliers. - Works effectively across and between organisations and locations to enhance transparency and facilitate direct communication between technical and non-technical team members. **Complexity and Communication** - Uses a range of tools, techniques and visual aids such as diagrams, process flows and concept wireframes to gather information on a complex subject area, and presents a clear and concise summary.  - Artefacts created have a measurable impact on comprehension across delivery and customer teams, facilitating a smooth and efficient analysis and scoping process.  **Technical understanding** - Has a competent understanding of complex transactional, operational and integration-heavy systems, including back-office tools, APIs, reporting flows, finance/ERP integrations, data ownership, auditability and role-based access. **Organisational**  - Leads research and discovery projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope - Coordinates the full creation, review and approval process for requirement documentation ## Requirements **Qualifications and experience**  - Proven experience (7+ years) as a software Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or other related disciplines.  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus. - Proven experience in complex transactional, operational or regulated software environments. (5+ years) - Proven experience in capturing and analysing product requirements for complex product launches. - Experience analysing end-to-end business processes and translating them into clear product requirements, especially where multiple systems, teams or suppliers are involved. - Experience in using AI throughout analysis processes to create prototypes, documentation and synthesise information, without hallucination or unexplainable scope creep.  **Desirable Experience:**  - Experience working in a software consulting firm or software delivery organisation - Experience in Lottery / Gaming industry - Experience with lottery, gaming, retail technology, fintech, payments, inventory, supply chain, logistics, ERP, finance or other regulated transactional systems. - Experience with operational or back-office platforms involving controlled stock, retailer operations, settlement, reconciliation, auditability or financial controls. ## Benefits At Allwyn LS, we know that great delivery starts with great people.
