We are looking for a **Software Quality Assurance Analyst** to join a project with one of our clients, a global leader in professional information solutions and software. Operating across more than 180 countries, the company develops technology-driven solutions for industries including **Healthcare, Tax & Accounting, Financial & Corporate Compliance, and Legal & Regulatory**.

This person will work closely with multidisciplinary development teams, helping strengthen software quality practices and ensuring reliable, high-quality releases across existing products and new initiatives.

**Responsabilities:**

-   Design, document, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
-   Perform **functional, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and regression testing** across different software solutions.
-   Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Identify, document, and follow up on defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies.
-   Support the implementation and evolution of **automated testing practices**.
-   Help identify opportunities to increase test coverage, efficiency, and overall product quality.
-   Develop a strong understanding of the products and business domain to ensure effective test coverage.
-   Participate actively in an **Agile development environment**, contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality software.
-   Communicate quality risks, issues, and testing outcomes clearly to relevant stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering**, or a related technical field.
-   Previous hands-on experience in **Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing**.
-   Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and their practical application.
-   Experience designing and executing **functional, integration, E2E, and regression tests**.
-   Experience creating test cases and scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
-   Knowledge of **test automation** and experience with tools such as **Selenium, Playwright, or similar**.
-   Good understanding of the **software development lifecycle (SDLC)** and Agile ways of working.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
-   Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the improvement of QA processes.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   **Fluent English**, both written and spoken.

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience helping teams introduce or scale **test automation frameworks**.
-   Experience working with enterprise software products.
-   Familiarity with cloud-based applications or environments.
-   Experience working in complex, multi-product software environments.
