# E-commerce Technical Lead

## Description

We are looking for a **...** to join our client’s team, a leading company operating across various sectors, including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, with a presence in multiple countries.

**Your main challenges will be to:**

-   Take technical ownership of the **e-commerce platforms and their integrations**;
-   Define, prioritize and manage the **technology roadmap** for the Webshop and other digital sales channels;
-   Contribute hands-on to the **development and implementation of new features and improvements**;
-   Define and continuously evolve the **solution architecture**, ensuring quality, security, scalability and maintainability;
-   Monitor **platform performance, availability and reliability**, while managing the application lifecycle;
-   Promote best practices across **software development, documentation, testing and code quality**;
-   Coordinate internal technical teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery;
-   Work closely with different stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering** or a related field;
-   **5+ years of experience** in application development or application management, ideally within e-commerce or digital sales environments;
-   Experience coordinating **technical teams and/or external partners**;
-   Solid experience developing **e-commerce solutions**;
-   Strong knowledge of **Django — this is a must-have**;
-   Knowledge of **React**;
-   Good knowledge of **SQL**;
-   Knowledge of **SAP (MD/SD), DevOps and CI/CD** is a plus;
-   A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams;
-   Proficiency in **English**.
